Parker House Rolls

For all the fanfare turkey, stuffing and other savory side dishes receive, one of my favorite Thanksgiving treats is the under-appreciated roll. Maybe it's my undying devotion to all-things carb based, but a perfectly baked buttery roll is one of life's simple pleasures. These Parker House Rolls from Bon Appétit are a great addition to any holiday table {or any dinner for that matter} and when served with an herb compound butter {we used rosemary}, you might be tempted to skip everything else.
