Top Tip: Cheese Plate

I'm obsessed with cheese {it's one of my top three favorite foods alongside chocolate and bread}. There's not a type I won't eat and most days I manage to incorporate it into every meal. But let's be honest - it's an intimidatingly expansive subject and even the biggest connoisseurs can find themselves overwhelmed by all of the options. with a lot of help, I made a very basic chart with some tips on how to create a well-balanced cheese plate, complete with different varieties, textures, and flavors.
